Abstract:With continuous improvement of membrane materials and pretreatment technologies, membrane separation decarbonization technology has been increasingly mature and applied successfully. In high CO2 gas field development and oil field CO2 flooding associated gas recycling, mastery and reserves of various gas decarbonization technologies are very important. As an important natural gas decarbonization technology, membrane separation decarbonization is less applied in China and it is urgently to await evaluation on performance of various membrane materials and deep study on membrane separation decarbonization technology. Based on the above purpose, PetroChina built a membrane separation decarbonization test facility in Jilin Changling Gas Field, which can be used as a universal test platform. Introduced in detail are construction background, construction situation, objective, capacity, membrane elements and constituent parts of the membrane separation decarbonization test facility at the purification station in Changling Gas Field and described are the working process and automatic control system configuration of the facility.
