    Evaluation on Implementation Effect of Deep Heavy Oil and Gas Stimulation Technology

    Abstract:Lukeqin deep heavy oilfield was discovered in 1995. Due to deep oil reservoir burial (underground 2500-3400 m) and difficult development, only some blocks were put into water injection test before 2003 and such problems remained always as quick water content increase, low single well yield and low rate of oil production. In order to increase single well yield, such idea was put forward as natural gas huff and puff technology in 2005 and relative supporting technologies were studied, single well field test was carried out and some results have been achieved. However, such results did not be massively put into field application. Since 2008, conducted were physical model and mathematical model experiment so as to further study ultra-deep heavy oil yield increase mechanism by using natural gas huff and puff technology, solved were some technical difficulties in field gas injection huff and puff technology, optimized were gas injection well and layer selection and injection parameters, a set of mature gas yield increase technologies formed gradually and above-mentioned problems were successfully resolved. In 2010 and 2011, field application was carried out in 50 wells and remarkable economic benefit has been achieved after large-scale promotion.
