    Abstract:


    Based on the requirement of rapid development of multinational pipeline construction, conducted is research on international pipeline standards, such as American and Russian pipeline standards. Pipeline industry of Australia is very developed also, however, there is lack of domestic research on Australian standards followed in pipeline construction, operation and management. To learn more about Australian pipeline standards, selected is the comprehensive standard AS 2885.3-2012 of Australian pipeline operation and management and conducted is analysis on such three issues as pipeline commissioning and operation, station safety and pipeline route management. Analysis results show that Australian pipeline standards have new ideas and strong operability. Analysis and research on the Australian standard can provide valuable reference for improving operation and management level of oil and gas pipelines in China.
