    Abstract:

Conducted is evaluation on pressure test standards for domestic oil and gas stations, put forward is the concept of drawing lessons from foreign advanced standards so as to improve design and operation level of domestic oil and gas stations. The advancement of foreign standards for oil and gas station process pipeline pressure test mainly includes the following aspects: low pipeline operation pressure, strength test together with leak test or leak test only, classification principles of process piping, pressure test process, air content detection method and the decompression procedure, process piping pressure test cycle, etc. Introduced are some advanced technologies and construction examples in oil and gas station process piping pressure test at home and abroad, including application of leak test mathematical model in determining reasonable pressure stabilization time and usage of high pressure gas explosion energy calculation method to determine gas pressure damage radius, etc., and it is suggested that drawing lessons from foreign standards to improve domestic oil and gas station process piping pressure test standards.
