    Abstract:

Shale gas with giant reserves is a kind of unconventional resources, but the reservoir porosity and permeability is correspondingly low, which results in low single well production, great development difficulty, large production input, high investment risk, low economic benefit and strong impact on environment and some other negative impact. Thus traditional well drilling construction process and production pattern cannot meet the development requirements. For this reason“Well Factory" development technology arises at the historic moment. Introduced are advantages and characteristics of the technology, analyzed and summarized are practical application of the technology in domestic shale gas development and results show that and operation time, also reduce exploration and development costs and environmental pressure significantly, which is crucial to the shale gas exploration research in China at present.
