Abstract:Conventional Y341 casing packer segregated fracturing method is applied in western Sichuan low permeability tight gas reservoir fracturing construction, it is found that fracturing fluid flowback is not smooth, which results in influence on flowback and fracturing effect. Through investigation and evaluation of full bore segregated fracturing technology, preference is given to the coiled tubing dragging and bottom sealing segregated fracturing technology and K344 packer segregated fracturing technology for field test. Introduced are principles, characteristics and field test of the two technologies and analyzed are field test results. Analysis results show that the two technologies can realize downhole full bore and assure fracturing fluid flowback and smooth natural gas output. However, sandblast perforation design of the coiled tubing dragging and bottom sealing segregated fracturing technology still needs to be further optimized and K344 packer segregated fracturing technology has better adaptability in western Sichuan gas fields.
