    Abstract：Well logging is an important means of knowing oil and gas reservoir, and its operation cost has direct effect on benefit of exploration and development. Well logging operation has such characteristics as wide area coverage and unstable construction period and it is very hard to manage and control its cost. Through analysis on composition, influence factors and management and control situation of well logging operation cost, in view of problems and challenges existing in current period and combined with actual situation, corresponding measures of cost management and control are explored and put forward and its application effect is analyzed. Results show that the cost management and control measures are significantly effective.
