    Abstract:

In order to optimize DHX process of light ends recovery, analyzed is the effect of pre-cooling temperature of feed gas, expander outlet pressure and outlet flow percentage of low-temperature separator on C3 recovery ratio. Analysis results show that C3 recovery ratio and propane compressor power increase at first and then decrease when pre—cooling temperature of feed gas decreases. C3 recovery ratio increases at first and then decreases and propane compressor power, compressor power and expander power decrease continuously when expander outlet pressure increase. C3 recovery ratio and propane compressor power increase at first and then decrease when percentage of flow from low-temperature separator II to DHX tower increases. Through DHX process optimization, C3 recovery ratio can reach 98.00% when pre-cooling temperature of feed gas is -30°C and expander outlet pressure is 3.1 MPa, which has guiding significance for DHX unit design.
