Comparative Analysis on HSE Management System and Work Safety Standardization of CNPC

Abstract：Conducted is contrastive analysis on differences between HSE management system and Work Safety Standardization system of CNPC in implementation process for solving different categories of problems. The concept of three key points of optimization, integration and independence has been introduced, which shows the relationship between the two systems. The results obtained from contrastive analysis on the three key points show that 8 basic elements of the two systems have some similar characters which belong to the optimization, 3 basic elements of the two systems have some similar characters which belong to the integration and 1 basic elements of the two systems have different characters which belong to the independence. The research results can provide the basis for the integration and implementation of the two systems.
