    Abstract：Natural gas processing plant is a source of exported product gas and its successful commissioning is the key for assuring smooth gas supply. There are many large types of equipment in gas processing plant, which need to be lifted and installed in place. Lifting and installation of high towers is an important task and lifting and installation of amine liquid absorption tower is the most difficult task. Amine liquid absorption tower body is very high, large and heavy and it is necessary to conduct special lifting design. Described are selection of lifting equipment and wires, check computation of crane parameters, considerations and precautions and safety measures during lifting construction, which can provide a reference for similar lifting operation.
