    Abstract:

There are many tunnels in Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Line D Project, all of which are located in seismic zones with 9° or higher intensity. Moreover, earthquake peak acceleration at some tunnel sites reaches up to 0.6 g, more than any one in all current codes, standards and specifications of China and no relevant design criterion and project case can be available for reference during design up to now. In order to solve this problem, conducted is analysis on seismic resistance of oil & gas pipeline tunnel in high intensity seismic zone as the design basis. In order to verify the accuracy of the proposed composite lining supporting parameters in design stage, studied are domestic and overseas tunnel seismic calculation methods and current domestic tunnel seismic codes, analyzed are characteristics of Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Line D Project and put forward is a short-cut method easy to master by technicians and applicable to analysis on seismic resistance of oil & gas pipeline tunnel. Taking Grade VI wall rock as an example, the short-cut method is applied to conduct comprehensive analysis on seismic resistance of tunnels in Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Line D Project. The results show that the safety factor of proposed composite lining supporting structure meets the requirements in relevant tunnel design codes, the short-cut method of seismic resistance analysis has powerful operability, the proposed Grade VI wall rock composite lining supporting parameters are reasonable, which can provide reference for seismic resistance analysis and regulations amendment of oil and gas pipeline tunnels in similar conditions.
