    Optimization of Production Expansion of Gas Fractionation Unit

    Abstract：Due to continuous increase of raw material of liquefied gas in General Petrochemical Plant of Shengli Oilfield, it is imperative to improve the liquefied gas processing capacity of the existing gas fractionation units. Under the premise of ensuring safe production without existing equipment update, conducted are analysis and optimization of operating parameters of gas fractionation units, reasonably adjusted is the technological process, processing capacity of the existing units is increased from 10 t/h in initial design up to 15.5 t/h, which has successfully solved the "Bottleneck" problem affecting production expansion during operation process of the plant. After optimization of operating parameters of gas fractionation units and adjustment of the technological process, the plant operates steadily, its product quality is good and production efficiency is improved greatly.
