Abstract:Applicable range of traditional minimum perforation negative pressure design method based on operation experience or experimental data is limited. In order to solve this problem, analyzed is the mechanism of negative pressure backflow cleaning, applied is the penetration model to calculate the flow rate, adopted are the finite volume method and discrete phase model to solve the moving track of flow field and rock debris inside the perforation tunnel according to the penetration flow rate and determined is the minimum perforation negative pressure design method. Applied is the new method to conduct negative pressure perforation in five wells and all of perforation tunnels spurt voluntarily after perforation, perforation tunnels are cleaned effectively and productivity is improved obviously. Field test results show that the minimum perforation negative pressure design method can effectively solve the problem that the traditional one based on operation experience or experimental data is limited.
