Abstract:Boiler is one kind of major energy consumption equipment in oil field development. In order to increase energy utilization efficiency of boiler, it is important to make a comprehensive evaluation on energy-saving operation of boiler. Traditional evaluation method is qualitative, in which all indexes are considered to have an equal weight. Proposed is a new quantitative analysis to replace the qualitative evaluation. Based on operating data from 68 boilers operating in an oilfield, applied is the improved entropy method to obtain the weight of all evaluation indexes in a descending order: boiler body surface temperature, exhaust fume temperature, excessive air coefficient, thermal efficiency and load rate. The entropy method is combined together with the gray correlation analysis to calculate the correlation degree of boilers, showed are the operating states of each boiler and analyzed is the energy-saving effect of oilfield boilers quantitatively, which is referable for energy-saving and consumption reduction in the oilfield.
