    Study on Optimization Evaluation Model for Quality and Safety Management

    Abstract:In view of confusion of habitual peccancy control in engineering construction, it is proposed that in the frame of multi-level quality safety management of the company headquarters, constituent companies, general contracting project departments and the subcontractors, independent hazard identification rate and each-level non-conformance term contrast evaluation model diagram method are adopted to analyze the objective reality of quality safety management status and multi-level game so as to optimize the management and promote interaction at all levels in order to avoid the strict supervision trap, which is of great significance for enhancing the level of quality and safety management.
