Abstract:Facing such problem as rapid increase of water cut and production decline of horizontal wells in Block XH27, which is a heavy oil reservoir with bottom water, established is a facies-restrained reservoir model by means of corner-point grid and stochastic modeling method to conduct history matching. Studied are three types of water breakthrough in horizontal wells according to the characters of water cut, water/oil ratio and its derivative curves and clarified are characteristics of different types of water breakthrough. Analyzed are influences of such factors as dimensionless water avoidance height of horizontal well, well length, permeability anisotropy and reservoir thickness on water breakthrough of horizontal wells and influence degree of different factors are determined by using the orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the successive order of factors affecting the cumulative oil production is dimensionless water avoidance height, fluid producing intensity and length of horizontal well, which can provide valuable reference for similar reservoir horizontal well deployment.
