Research and Development of Fracturing Truck

Abstract：Fracturing truck is key equipment in fracturing operation and plays an important role in production cost control and oil and gas exploitation efficiency increase. Along with continuous improvement of fracturing technology and large-scale development of shale gas and other unconventional oil and gas wells, requirements for fracturing truck capacity, pressure, displacement, reliability and automation level are becoming increasingly strict in fracturing operation and fracturing truck with low capacity cannot meet the requirements of "factory-like operation. Reviewed are current situations of study on fracturing trucks at home and abroad and put forward is the development direction of new fracturing trucks in capacity, weight, energy conservation, emissions and construction costs, which can effectively meet requirements for fracturing truck capacity, ultrahigh pressure, large displacement and intelligentization in modern fracturing construction.
