    Construction and Application of Digital LNG Plant

    Abstract：To solve problems existing in LNG plant process pipeline troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, staff training and plant comprehensive management, conducted is modular summary on geographic information data, equipment parameters, production data and business system of the project. Applied is the digital plant technology to conduct virtual simulation with the help of computer. Plant real scene is set up and established is the main equipment model to make the digital plant system platform monitor and manage each link of production process effectively and realized are the goal of training visualization, high integration of business system and integration of production and control. Labor intensity is effectively reduced, optimized is job distribution and improved is the working efficiency. Therefore, modern LNG plant shall have the characteristics of production and work orderliness, complex personnel training and high security level.
