    Integrated Digital Heating Technology for Oilfield Stations

    Abstract:In order to adapt to the situation of rapid development in Changqing Oilfield surface construction and solve outstanding problems existing in heating system at oilfield stations, it is necessary to improve current heating mode existing in surface construction engineering design and realize integrated and digitized heating at oilfield stations. Analyzed is the current situation of station standardization design and modular construction and researched is the traditional heating mode at each station in Changqing Oilfield, transformed are some heating facilities with complex system, long construction period and low self-control level and realized are multi-functional integration, multi-technology optimization and factory-scale production. A series of integrated digital heating equipment has been developed, design and construction cycle are shortened greatly, system automation level is improved effectively and operating costs are reduced obviously.
