AVEVA is a world-known multinational information technology company whose products are largely applied in petroleum and petrochemical engineering designs and particularly important for information construction in the design industry. For the purpose of promoting the information construction and application of integrated design, as well as the change in I&C design approach, introduced is the collaborative design between other relative disciplines by using AVEY A software application system and analyzed is the functional application of every AVEVA Instrumentation module in I&C design. The practical application in leading projects shows that it has good effect, which can provide valuable reference for future similar projects.
