    Abstract:
In order to release environmental pressure resulting from waste water treatment and discharging in gas industry, a new process is applied in engineering design of waste water treatment in gas treatment plant and the requirement of reuse and zero discharge of the treated waste water can be met through the principle of different water quality with different treating process. This process includes a set of bio-chemical treatment unit and a set of concentrated treatment unit, CODcr, BOD5 and conductivity of waste water from the treatment units decrease obviously, its average values reach 50 mg/L, 14 mg/L and 388 µ s/cm respectively and its main parameters have met the requirements of water recycle using quality. The tail liquid from bio-chemical treatment unit and concentrated treatment unit will be led into evaporation pool for evaporation and crystallization unit and its liquid and solid has been separated thoroughly, the average conductivity of product water can be as low as 35.25 µ s/cm, which can reach the quality requirement of distilled water. Application of the new waste water treatment process can realize the goal of waste water zero discharge.
