Abstract:Loss rate of crude oil natural evaporation of X processing station is as high as 1.59% . In order to reduce loss, it is necessary to conduct stabilization treatment of crude oil. Applied is the software PRO/II to establish a process model for negative pressure flash stabilization and heating flash stabilization and establish a net income model based on the former model. The optimum economic operation programs of two stabilization methods are obtained through simulation and economic analysis. The results obtained through comparative analysis on the two optimum programs show that negative pressure flash stabilization process shall be applied in 81# processing station, with pressure of 60 kPa (a) and temperature of 50°C. If no stripping gas is used, the net income can reach up to the highest value of 3 402.11 x 104/a.
