    Discussion on Development and Production Mode of Small Natural Gas Well

    Abstract：For natural gas well of small output, such as 10～30 × 104 m3/d, small LNG factories could be built nearby. According to the characteristics of gas production process, skid-mounted process design method can be used for this kind of LNG factories by the method of modular division. For modularization design method, it integrates the main equipments and process pipes in a single or multiple layers of steel structures by building blocks. All the blocks will be transported to site for reset installation after manufacturing and assembling in factory, featuring fast installation and start-up, and time&cost-saving. A LNG plant construction mode with high efficiency, quickness and mobility has been established and applied lo actual production.
