    Abstract:

In order to realize the influence of different temperature on the contaminated oil in pipe of batch pipelining of cold and hot crude oils, a mathematical calculation model is established for batch transportation. Numerical simulations is performed by using FLUENT software and adopting the finite volume method to get the distribution law of contaminated oil under the condition of different temperatures in pipe of batch pipelining of cold and hot crude oil, and the simulation results were analyzed. The result shows that the hot oil forwarding will produce more contaminated oil than that produced by cold oil forwarding; under the condition of the hot oil forwarding, contaminated oil can be reduced by increasing the temperature of outlet cold oil; when the temperature of buried pipeline is low in winter, the method of batch transportation with cold oil forwarding and hot oil trailing shall be conducted to decrease contaminated oil.
