Abstract:To recover the VOCs produced during deep processing of light hydrocarbon in natural gas processing plant, research and design were performed for oil and gas recovery process. According to the daily output of light hydrocarbon products within the plant and the amount of VOCs in harsh conditions, it was determined that the mixed process capacity of the oil and gas recovery unit was 80 Nm3/h,. The method of condensation plus adsorption was proposed by studying existing oil and gas recovery technology with the characteristics of the benzene-containing in volatile substance. HYSYS was used to simulate the recycling technology of nearly saturated VOCs. Results showed that the recovery technology was feasible, recycling efficiency was 95% or above, and met emissions standards in GB 50759-2012 Code for Design of Vapor Recovery Facilities of Oil Products Loading System.
