    The Using of Evaluation Model for Improving Safety Supervision and Management Level

    Abstract：In view of security risk management during the EPC transition in certain engineering company, it was proposed that the key to resolve the contradictions between the report and rectification was to establish separation of supervision and management and line responsibility on supervision. It was also to reveal the safety management rules and promote the development of supervision of EPC in engineering company at multi-level in the whole process according to the application of nonconformity recognition rate, evaluation model figure and safety management evaluation model.
