Abstract:In order to study large LNG plant construction and production recovery and analyze the reasons, mathematical modeling is done on the basis a large LNG plant construction and production, combining with AHP method. Studies show that fuzzy qualitative problems can be summarized to quantified scientific weight by AHP method, which effectively solves the bottle-neck issue and reduces the risk of production recovery due to insufficient data and inconsistent quantitative standards. Proper start-up of three compressors in this project is the key to the normal operation. Attention shall be paid to the potential safety hazard after start-up and at the same time construction period can't be delayed. At the next step, renovation shall be performed for construction difficulties and production difficulties in terms of process and equipment to find out the win-win point between energy saving and stable system.
