    Abstract:
Serious scaling and corrosion issues occur in gathering and transporting system of Aer oilfield, directly affecting the oil production safety. To solve this problem, based on the results of analysis on various water quality and scale sample in gathering and transporting system, scaling experiments have been performed by using laboratory loop system and the effect of temperature, ion concentration and velocity of flow on the rate of scaling is determined, and the reasons of formation are analyzed. According to the situation of oilfield, the commonly used chemical and physical anti-scaling technology and process are summarized and the proposal of scale inhibitors with ultrasonic anti-scaling technique is confirmed upon field tests, which provides theoretical basis for the selection of anti-scaling technology in Aer oil field.
