    Abstract：In order to meet the development of oil and gas engineering construction technology, combined with large oil and gas pipeline projects at home and abroad in recent years, the differences of measurement standard and technology have been analyzed. The standard about the control survey, topographic map surveying and topographic map scheme are compared, and the strengths and weaknesses of GPS technology, satellite remote sensing technology, GIS technology, the airborne LiDAR technology applied in measurement implementation are compared, providing guidance for the preparation of relevant technical standards and engineering applications.
