Recently, China oil product pipeline developed rapidly. The main problem was few kinds of oil product transportation, insufficient capacity of mixed oil treatment in several pipelines, poor interface batch detection due to pipeline data fault and abnormal shutdown. It is important to improve China oil product pipeline construction and operation through learning foreign oil product pipeline standards. The paper selects comprehensive Russian oil product pipeline standards, and the applicability of foreign oil products pipeline operation technology is elaborated, which is based on China oil product pipeline practice, including arrangement principle for transporting various oil product, optimization for pipeline process design and pipeline high Reynolds number operation, and alternate oil interface adding process mixing oil to reduce the amount of mixing oil, improve facilities operating procedure at initial station to reduce initial mixing oil, the control of concentration of the gasoline - diesel cutting point to reduce the length of the intermediate mixture length, and the blending treatment of mixed oil is preferred. Finally, reasonable recommendations are made to enhance the construction and operation standards of Chinese oil product pipeline.
