    Abstract： In order to meet the environmental emission index of the sulfur recovery unit in nature gas purified industry with the tail gas chimney at the height of 90~120m, structure type selection and structure design of the super-height equipment are introduced through reliability analysis based on the operating factors and tail gas component. Equipment safety and construction economy shall be considered strictly to meet the process operation need. Relative reference could be applied for engineering practice.
