    Abstract：Theintelligent oil & gas fields, intelligence pipelines are gradually leading the project construction and operation management of oil and gas field towards a new era. Based on the research achievements of the author with his team, the paper has sorted out and summarized representative cognitive issues, and conducted analysis and discussion from the perspective of a planner, and put forward a series of viewpoints in order to play a positive role in promoting the facilitation of relevant works and unity of relevant theoretical research and knowledge.
