    Research on Vertical Equilibrium Displacement Based on Layer Defining Threshold

    Abstract:

     Due to the constraints of monolayer thickness, reserve abundance and economic conditions, many reservoirs fail to meet the requirements of sub-single sandstone block development. In order to obtain higher capacity, large section of joint development are employed, which leads to serious inter-layer interference in the high water cut stage. To solve this issue, the formula of interference coefficient of multi-layer reservoir under the influence of pressure difference, water content and permeability were introduced and the Vandervlis directional well productivity formula was amended to find out the changes of production capacity before and after defining interference layer. According to the influence of formation fluidity coefficient and interference coefficient on productivity, a balanced displacement plate was drawn; at the same time define and draw the layer defining threshold curve to guide oil well switch layer and liquid extraction measures. Four kinds of quantitative card combination mode applied to the actual production of mineral were proposed, guiding the rational switch and pumping wells. The field application of the mine is better, effectively alleviating the interlayer contradiction and realizing the succession of production capacity, with an annual oil increase of23×104m3. This research provides guidance for alleviating interlayer interference at multilayer joint development oilfield.
