    Abstract:

The electric submersible screw pump is not easily exposed to rod pipe eccentric wear when used in lifting heavy oil well, which contributes to the increased production efficiency. To further improve the scope of application and operating efficiency of existing process technologies, this paper provides a method to optimize the design of process operating parameters such as rotor load torque and system efficiency by optimizing key technical equipment and analyzing the characteristic curve of screw pump. And the formation of the electric submersible screw pump matching technology that can adapt to the production of the oil well with a viscosity greater than 10000 MPA.S has been studied. The Liuguanzhuang oilfield application results show that this technique can provide better technical support for the high efficiency lifting process in the heavy oil wells and provide reference for the optimization of similar oil wells.
