    Abstract:

There are many factors affecting the safety of oil companies, and the impact process is extremely complicated. It is especially important for petrochemical companies to establish HSE quantitative audit weight assignment method. On the one hand, it can improve the HSE quantitative assessment ability of enterprises and management departments, and on the other hand, it can enhance the HSE management capabilities of various governmental departments. On the basis of combining the reality of petroleum enterprises with the previous research results, this paper puts forward the evaluation index and divides the evaluation index level, and uses G1 method and entropy weight method to establish the HSE quantitative audit weight assignment method for petroleum enterprises.Taking an oil company under PetroChina as an example, the feasibility evaluation of the weight assignment method established by the G1 method and the entropy weight method is carried out, and the practice effect is good.
