    Study on the Heater Desulfurization and Dust Removal Process of Oil & Gas Station

    Abstract:

    With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the national emission standards of flue gas pollutants are increasingly improved.Most of the fuel used in the heaters of oil & gas station is the unprocessed associated gas or crude oil in the station,and some of the heater smoke dust and sulfur dioxide emissions of the heaters are over-discharged.At present, there is no mature technology of the heater desulphurization and dusting removal for oil & gas station at home and abroad. Therefore, it is imperative to study a set of technologies suitable for the desulphurization and dust removal of the flue gas of oil & gas station heater.This paper mainly focuses on the heater desulfurization and dust removal equipment of oil & gas station. Combined with Huabei oilfield Yuyi station project, this paper studies the technological process of desulphurization and dust removal process, and elaborates the main points of design,so as to provide reference for scientific and reasonable design of oil & gas station dust removal desulfurization process, and for solving the issue of excessive gas emission in the heater of oil & gas station.
