Key Words:LNG receiving station; External pressure; External flow rate; Running energy consumption; HYSYS simulation
    Abstract:

In the actual operation process of LNG receiving station, the process is not only affected by the change of working conditions in the station, but also very sensitive to the change of transportation conditions, which is not conducive to the stability of working conditions. In order to analyze the influence of the change of the transporting conditions on the process, the process operation under different transporting pressure, transporting temperature and transporting volume is analyzed by HYSYS simulation, and the process operation parameters are optimized with the goal of energy saving.According to the analysis of simulation results, it is concluded that choosing appropriate process treatment methods for different working conditions and adjusting process parameters can alleviate the problem of unstable operating conditions in actual operation and effectively reduce process energy consumption, which has certain economic benefits and practical guiding role.
