    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of rheological curves of drilling fluids, a new rheological model is proposed.The new model has strong non-linear characteristics, according to the Newton algorithm,and MATLAB tools are used to compile the calculation program to optimize the rheological parameters, and SSE, RMSE and R2are selected to estimate the fitting effect of rheological data.The measured data show that the model error is small, and the determination coefficient is large, so the model in this paper can greatly improve the characterization degree of rheological data.
