    Program Design and Optimization of Automatic Ignition System for Main Combustion Furnace in Sulfur Recovery Unit

    Abstract:

    In order to design a safe and reliable automatic ignition program for the main combustion furnace with simple operation and high success rate of ignition, the typical ignition process of the main combustion furnace of sulfur recovery unit in a refinery is analyzed.Starting from the basic program design of the automatic ignition system, the influence of the automatic ignition program design on the success rate of ignition is discussed emphatically.The key and difficult points are summarized and the optimization measures for automatic ignition program are put forward according to the practical successful experience for reference of similar design.
