It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on lean production in oil and gas fields,combining advanced  experience of lean production in manufacturing industries such as "Toyota"from Japan and the  characteristics of oil and gas field development business,to solve problems during production and follow the current trends of heacy tasks in enery guarantee and safety and enciromental protection,lower grade of new resources and difficulties in yield stablization.The instrucyions and methods for lean production were determined by analyzing those problems,thus to make progress in preparing the digital oil and gas field development plans,increasing production,facilitating full cycle development in lean production and high-quality and steady development of upstream business.
