    Practice and Effect of Gas Production Technology in Changning Shale Gas Field

    Abstract:

    In order to evaluate the advantages, disadvantages and development trend of different gas production technologies in Changning shale gas field, and to provide a reference for the realization of long-term stable production,this paper uses statistical analysis method to analyze the timing of tubing running in 88 gas wells after putting into production and the practical effect of artificial lifting measures such as bubble discharge, plunger gas lift and vehicle mounted gas lift applied in the treatment of wellbore liquid accumulation.It is found that: (1) early tubing running can improve the unit pressure drop and gas production and achieve stable production;(2) the foam drainage process in Changning area cannot solve the issue of wellbore fluid accumulation, while the North American plunger process can solve this problem, but there are still some problems in the plunger test in Changning;(3) early platform compressing can achieve certain increase in production, but the maintenance cost is high.The results show that: (1) in order to improve the production effect of gas wells, the tubing can be lowered with pressure when the gas wells are put into production;(2) it is necessary to further develop the North American plunger technology, improve the homemade level of tools, and establish a set of standardized operation system.
