Abstract:Daning-Jixian County Tight Gas Block reservoir has been under development for 5 years. In the early development phase of the block, the development company adopted a comprehensive process model taking into account all the possible operating conditions at the tight gas well site. Based on the actual production operation conditions in the last 5 years, the well site process flow scheme of Daning-Jixian County Tight Gas Block exposes the short coming of oversized production equipment and high operating cost. In this study, the production data of the existing tight gas wells in Daning-Jixian County Block were statistically analyzed, which provides evidence for the optimization and simplification of the tight gas well field process flow scheme, and enables the flexible adjustment of each process unit in the tight gas well site. In addition, the improved adaptability of tight gas well site process units can further enhance the ability to meet the changing production and operation requirements. This study provides insights into lowering the production operation cost in the late development phase of the tight gas well site.
