Application of precision pressure control production technology in Ning 209H49 platform

Abstract:In order to delay the production decline rate of shale gas wells and improve the Estimated Ultimate Recovery(EUR) of a single well, the pilot test of precision pressure control production in shale gas wells of Ning 209H49 platform was carried out, learning from the pressure control production experience of shale gas wells in North America. The field test results show that:1)the production mode of “fixed choke+sleeve choke valve” can effectively reduce the pressure decay rate and realize production pressure control;2)by using the intelligent analysis platform to monitor the field data in real time, the opening of sleeve choke can be adjusted remotely in real time, thereby reducing the labor intensity and the level of automation of gas wells is improved;3)by adopting precision pressure control production technology, the EUR of the test wells is predicted to be raised by 13%. In conclusion, precision pressure control production technology can extend the plateau production period of gas wells and increase the gas production per unit pressure drop.
