    Abstract:

In order to meet the requirement of dry gas transportation, a gas gathering station of condensate gas field needs to apply TEG dehydration process on raw gas. It is found that the heavy hydrocarbons of raw gas has great influence on the TEG dehydration process. If heavy hydrocarbons are entrained in the TEG solution, it will cause problems such as vibration of the TEG circulating pump, frequent blockage of the TEG filter and vibration and over-heating of the tail gas incinerator, affecting the smooth operation of the process unit. Taking into consideration the design and operation experience of the TEG dehydration unit of the gas gathering station of condensate gas field, this paper analyzed the existing problems in detail and proposed optimization measures. By field application and simulation of the optimization measures, it is shown that the proposed optimization measures are pragmatic and effective, and can provide reference for the development and construction of TEG dehydration systems in similar condensate gas fields.
