    Existing issues and countermeasures for gas field produced water treatment system under peak production

    Abstract:

    In order to solve a series of problems caused by the unsatisfactory treatment capacity of produced water in M gas treatment plant of X gas field. We analyzed the present situation of produced water treatment system and the characteristics of incoming water quality in M natural gas treatment plant. Measures such as strengthening post strength, early warning and encryption maintenance, controlling settling time, and optimizing dosing system were adopted to effectively cope with peak water treatment tasks. By strengthening the complex water disposal capacity of the pretreatment unit, the treatment capacity of the methanol recovery unit, and the sludge cleaning and reduction process of the system, the produced water treatment capacity of the M treatment plant is fundamentally improved. Finally, the water treatment capacity of the M treatment plant meets the production demand, the system sludge is effectively cleaned, the sludge emission reduction and control is reduced by 90%, the methanol distillation concentration of the product, the water quality of the reinjection and other indicators fully meet the enterprise standards, and provide reference for the treatment of produced water in similar natural gas treatment plants.
