    Abstract:

The world is experiencing an energy crisis and developing the energy internet and a green, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system are important ways to address this issue. We cannot simply interpret energy transformation as a change in energy structure. Energy transformation is a long process of fundamental changes in the main elements of the energy system, such as the form of energy, energy technology, energy structure, energy management and energy culture. In formulating and implementing energy transformation policies, in addition to considering hardware equipment and technical factors, we should also attach great importance to other factors such as political, economic, social, cultural, and ecological influence. Guided by high-quality development, we should develop master plan and formulate energy transformation policies in a comprehensive and systematic manner. Between policy-making departments and their subordinate enterprises, various energy enterprises, especially national energy enterprises, we should encourage more exchanges and communication, to achieve a coordinated and smooth development.
