    Abstract:

With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection and the increasingly prominent issues of water scarcity and pollution, the comprehensive utilization of wastewater and the recycling of water resources have become research hotspots. This is especially so in the high water consumption inorganic silicide production industry, where the discharge of production wastewater has always been a problem that domestic and foreign production companies have not been able to solve. The treatment of inorganic silicon wastewater is also an important component of safety of the water environment. This article briefly introduces the sources, existing treatment methods, and existing problems of wastewater from the production process of inorganic silicon. A new wastewater treatment technology is introduced, which achieves comprehensive utilization of wastewater in the production process of inorganic silicon through three-stage sedimentation for impurities removal, secondary reconcentration, fine filtration, and MVR evaporation technology, in line with the development of green chemistry. This new processing technology can improve resource utilization, lower corporate costs, and reduce environmental pollution.
