    Abstract:

The corporate standard Q/SY 010152022 Specification for digital delivery of oil and gas field surface engineering, an important standard compiled and issued by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), is to promote the formation of an intelligent oil and gas field data ecosystem under the background of "digital transformation and intelligent development". This standard, from the standpoint of the management of oil and gas field surface engineering, is directed towards the smart management of project development and production operations. It encompasses the entire spectrum of construction of new facilities, modification/expansion, completed projects and inspection and maintenance of operating oil and gas field surface facilities. The standard specifies the key aspects of digital delivery such as data collection, storage, handover, management, and the development of digital twin. The standard promotes the rapid formation of a sustainable development of data acquisition, data management and data application with data assetization as the core, thus supporting the ongoing sustainability of low cost intelligent operations. Digital delivery is an important work of corporations in the period of "digital transformation and intelligent development", which integrates business and IT knowledge. Hence, this paper discusses common issues identified within this standard, to provide a reference for users in gaining a better understanding and to facilitate its application in digital delivery work.
