Abstract:
To enhance the standardization of China's smart pipeline network and build a smart,
interconnected pipeline network, it is essential to analyze the current state
of smart pipeline network technology and standardization globally. This
involves conducting a high-level design for the smart pipeline
network standards system and developing a system tailored to China's needs. This paper reviews the development practice of smart
pipeline networks at home and abroad, focusing on the application of foreign
technologies, technology comparisons, and the development of standards systems.
According to the research results, this paper points out that while the
development of smart pipeline networks worldwide is currently in its infancy,
the extensive application of advanced information technology and automatic
control technology abroad has laid a solid foundation for standardization. This
provides valuable insights for China's approach. China
should draw on the application and evolution of advanced overseas smart
pipeline network technologies, using “technical
standardization” as a thread to guide the enhancement
of its smart pipeline network standards system. The research findings offer
significant reference for the high-level design for the
smart pipeline network in China.
