- 为有效指导中国石油西南油气田分公司南充炼油化工总厂(以下简称南充炼油化工总厂)检维修工作。采用定量RBI分析方法,借助DNV开发的ORBITONSHORE软件对芳构化装置进行风险评估。根据风险评估结果确定了装置的整体风险水平以及分析的各个单元所处的风险等级,对高风险设备和管道进行了原因分析,给出了主要的腐蚀机理,提出了合理的降低风险的措施,制定了基于RBI分析的优化检验策略。
In order to instruct Nanchong General Refinery to carry out repair and maintenance works effectively,the quantitative RBI analysis technique and ORBIT ONSHORE software developed by DNV are adopted to assess risk of the aromatization unit.Risk level of the overall aromatization unit and that of each unit are determined according to the risk assessment results and analyzed are risk causes of equipment and pipelines with high risks.Main corrosion mechanism is given,reasonable measures for reducing aromatization unit risk are proposed and optimal test strategy is developed according to the RBI analysis
